Very clean, rare, stunning women’s vintage Mido Multifort Extra in all stainless steel screwback waterproof type case, driven by a clean 17 jewel Mido 3 x adjusted manual wind movement with an incredible black/copper military type dial. 914 Every effort has been made to show all possible detail with photographs. All photos are of actual watch in auction. MOVEMENT: 17 jewel high grade 3 x adjusted Mido manual wind movement is signed: «Mido, made in Switzerland, 3 x adjusted, seventeen 17 jewels.» Movement is clean and runs well, however has not been bench tested for precise accuracy or recently serviced. CASE: Round all stainless steel center lug screwback, waterproof type case measures 21.32 mm in diameter without crown, 31.94 mm lug tip to tip. Case back is signed «Mido, Multifort, waterproof, impermeable, anti-choc, anti-magnetic, Switzerland, rustless steel». Case back interior is signed: » Brit pat 385509, Mido Limited, Switzerland, rustless steel, 846267.» Back has minor marks (see photos). Crystal is clean and clear. DIAL: Magnificent black military type dial has luminescent Arabic numbers, radium hour and minute hands, white sweep second hand, copper calibrated outer minute/seconds register. Dial is signed: «Mido, Multifort, Extra, Made in Switzerland (all signatures in copper) «. BAND: Fitted with smooth, black, stitched, center lug band as shown.
